01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and sunbet10 ("sunbet10", "we", "us", "the Platform") with respect to your use of the sunbet10 website, mobile site, applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the sunbet10 website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms;

03 Account Registration & Security

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

sunbet10 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Available methods may vary and are subject to change. The current list of supported methods is always displayed on the sunbet10 payments page.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Deposits are credited to your sunbet10 wallet following successful confirmation from the payment provider, typically within sixty seconds. sunbet10 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and account standing. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Processing times vary by payment method but sunbet10 targets same-day processing for all verified accounts.

Currency: All balances, bets, and transactions on the sunbet10 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. USDT TRC20 transactions are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

sunbet10 reserves the right to reverse deposits or withhold withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms. Funds determined to have been obtained through prohibited conduct may be forfeited in their entirety.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

sunbet10 offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for the purposes of that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable to all sunbet10 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only;
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each offer's terms;
• sunbet10 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except as specifically provided in the offer terms;
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or other abusive strategies will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and may result in account suspension.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the sunbet10 Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, market, or game. These rules are published within each product area of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet.

The following general betting rules apply across all sunbet10 products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. sunbet10 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after confirmation, except where a manifest error has occurred;
• sunbet10 reserves the right to void bets where a manifest error in odds, market description, or game result has occurred. A manifest error is one that a reasonable person would recognise as obviously incorrect;
• In the event of a disputed result, sunbet10's decision — made in good faith and with reference to available evidence — shall be final;
• Live betting markets close at the moment determined by sunbet10's trading systems. Bets placed after market closure will be void;
• sunbet10 reserves the right to impose individual bet limits, account-level stakes limits, or market-level limits at any time and without prior notice;
• All casino games use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) software. Game outcomes are independent, random, and not influenced by previous results or account history.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sunbet10 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud sunbet10 or other players, including the use of stolen payment credentials, false identity documents, or manipulated transaction records;
• Money Laundering: Using the sunbet10 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to disguise the origin of any funds;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market;
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one sunbet10 account, whether directly or through a proxy, family member, or associate;
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the Platform;
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, glitches, or software vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment reversal after funds have been credited to your sunbet10 account.

sunbet10 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any account suspected of involvement in criminal activity will be suspended pending investigation, and all relevant information may be disclosed to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

08 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sunbet10 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any sunbet10 content without prior written authorisation;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any sunbet10 content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform;
• Use any sunbet10 trademark, brand name, or logo in any manner without express written consent.

Any unauthorised use of sunbet10 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your access to the Platform and may give rise to legal proceedings.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sunbet10 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or delays in the Platform;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform;
• Losses arising from gambling outcomes, whether or not such outcomes were influenced by technical errors subsequently corrected by sunbet10.

The sunbet10 Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. sunbet10 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude sunbet10's liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

sunbet10 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• A player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• sunbet10 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• A player fails to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe;
• A player's account is subject to a self-exclusion order or responsible gaming restriction;
• sunbet10 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.

Upon account closure for a breach of these Terms, sunbet10 reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. Where funds are determined to have been obtained through prohibited conduct, those funds may be forfeited. In all other cases, the genuine account balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method following completion of any applicable investigation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting sunbet10 support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with normal settlement rules.

12 Amendments to These Terms

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.
